Meet Our Team

Lucas Terna is an associate in the Corporate and Litigation groups, where he focuses on transactional and controversy matters. He focuses his practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions in addition to counseling companies on general corporate matters. Lucas also devotes a significant portion of his practice to litigation matters at the trial level in state and federal courts across the country. He serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including those in the staffing, manufacturing, pharma and food service space.

Lucas earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law International Law Review. In addition, Lucas was selected as a Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Competition Fellow and served as a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team.

Prior to law school, Lucas received his undergraduate degree in history and journalism from Washington & Lee University where he was a 4-year student athlete and captain of the varsity football team.
